Kiki Analytics ยท last updated 20 October 2026
Kiki Analytics is a private tool that its owner runs on their own computer to manage their own YouTube channels. It isn't offered to the public, and the only person who signs in to it is its owner.
YouTube API Services
Kiki Analytics uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
What it accesses
When the owner signs in with Google, Kiki Analytics gets read-only access to these, for the channel the owner picks. It never posts, uploads or changes anything on YouTube.
- The channel's public details: name, handle, picture, subscriber, view and video counts.
- The channel's videos and their details: titles, publish dates, privacy settings, views, likes and comments.
- The channel's YouTube Analytics reports: daily views, watch time, average view duration and percentage, likes, comments, shares, subscribers gained and lost, and traffic sources.
App Store Connect
For the owner's own iOS apps, Kiki Analytics also reads App Store Connect reports with the owner's own API key: downloads, sales, subscriptions, ratings, reviews and App Store analytics. These are totals; they don't identify the people who downloaded or bought anything. It doesn't change anything in App Store Connect except asking Apple to prepare its standard analytics reports.
How it uses and stores the data
- The data is used only to show the owner how their channels and apps are doing.
- Everything is stored only on the owner's computer: the numbers in a local database, and the Google sign-in tokens in a private folder. Nothing is stored on a server.
- The data is not sold, shared with anyone, or used for advertising.
- Kiki Analytics doesn't use cookies or tracking, and these web pages collect nothing.
Removing access and data
You can remove Kiki Analytics's access at any time on the Google security settings page. Deleting Kiki Analytics's folder from the computer deletes all the data it stored. When access to a channel is removed, the owner deletes that channel's stored data too.
